Delivery Update

Please use the below form to request a delivery update.
To gain an update on your order please complete the short form below and allow our support team to come back to you, a response will be returned asap during working hours 8.00am – 5.00pm.

Please also be aware of the delivery conditions below.

Please do not book a Tradesman until delivery is received and all items are checked.

Orders with more than one item may arrive in multiple deliveries.

Normal delivery schedules are Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

On arrival, we recommend inspecting the goods for faults/damages immediately and prefer to be contacted within 48 hours of receiving them to ensure a smooth returns process.

Remember to let us know of any shortages, as they cannot be corrected after 2 working days.
