Calibrated Riven Autumn Brown paving is a traditional sandstone with a riven surface and irregular interesting edges. With a warm colour tone, this product is attractive in any space, but lends itself well to a rural scene.
The Product: Autumn Brown is another colourful, warm sandstone that looks good all year round. It consists of deep browns and subtle reds to create one of the warmest feeling sandstones we have available. The autumn colours work incredibly well with the riven texture of the stone to give a very traditional, homely feel to the space. As Autumn Brown ages, the weathering only adds to the traditional effect the paving works to create. An investment in autumn brown paving is a worthwhile one.
Sandstone is an excellent all-round choice. The stone is a sedimentary stone, which consists of small grains which are held together by a silicon ‘natural cement’. It’s this ‘cement’ that gives the sandstone is wide ranging variations in colour and texture. Silicon is a very tough substance, which is why sandstone is so hard wearing and worthy of the investment.
