HUBi
The HUBi system works by collecting daylight and sunlight through its high performance crystalline solar panel and converting this to DC electricity which is fed directly into the Solar Hub containing a safe and light weight Lithium battery pack. Smart internal electronics ensure that the system never gets overcharged and always extracts the maximum from its solar panel.
LUMi lighting
Both HUBi 2k and 10K are supplied with 2 LUMi lights. Each light can be switched via a button on the center point of the LUMi lens and also on the HUBi Solar Hub. Supplied with a 4m cable and hanging hook, each LUMi has a brightness of 40 lumens and this is capable of illuminating a 3m x 3m area. Using the very latest surface mounted LED’s ensures that LUMi’s power consumption is kept to a minimum ensuring long burn times. If more light is needed, up to four LUMI’s can be powered from a single HUBi solar hub when the LUMi Light Splitter Cable accessory is purchased (sold separately).
