Packed with fun features, first and foremost safety is important in particular with raised platform playhouses. To help make the product as safe as possible, the building comes complete with a safety fenced veranda. The Cosy is also fully compliant and has been tested to EN71 standards.

A working stable door grants access to the playhouse, with two windows being present. One of which is glazed, whilst the other has shutters. To add charm to the property, a window box can be attached to the exterior, further fuelling the imagination of your little ones.

 12mm Tongue and Groove cladding makes up the structure, of which all the included timber has been pressure treated. This premium wood preservative resists the damaging effects of wood rot and helps to prevent insect attack damage. The purchase also includes mineral roofing felt to help keep the item weatherproof.

Whilst pressure treated, the timber is recommended to be stained during the course of its use to ensure the item stays protected. This can either be with a clear treatment to retain the natural timber finish, or a colour to further add to the attractive appearance of the playhouse.
