If you’re looking for a secure place to keep your car during the evenings without spending a large sum on an extension to your house, then look no further than JMD’s 4.2m x 5.7m Garage Log Cabin. With having a huge interior space, you will find there is more than enough space for your tools and car, without there being a tight squeeze.

Manufactured using robust tongue and groove cladding and supported by thick storm bracing, we have designed this heavyweight garage log cabin to offer an incredibly strong and secure shelter for your car throughout the year. The interlocking timber forms a completely weatherproof panel that will keep draughts out insulates, meaning you can use this timber cabin for odd jobs and your hobbies all year round. The two huge doors at the front of the building make it incredibly easy to store your car without being tight for space when parking. A single door features at the back of the building so that you can easily access your vehicle and stored items. A lock and key is included as standard to keep the doors closed when they aren’t in use.

Two large opening windows feature on the side of the building, these allow natural light to enter the building. The high apex roofline helps with water drainage while offering a large amount of headspace inside, ideal if you want to store taller items or lighting systems. High quality felt is supplied with the building to add a layer of protection against adverse weather conditions. Pressure treated floor bearers are used to raise the building off the ground and improve longevity.

Unless otherwise stated, our buildings are supplied flat packed as DIY kits with full instructions.

Buildings with styrene windows – our styrene windows are protected using a clear film which will need to be removed after you’ve installed the building.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the instructions outlined in Aftercare.

All of our buildings are delivered unpainted. The buildings are dressed for display, we don’t supply any accessories or shelves featured within the product images.

Exact product dimensions are supplied on the listing as we do round off the main size of the building in order to make it easier for customers to find, so please be sure to check the item’s specific measurements carefully.

All measurements refer to the exterior of the building which includes the roof overhang unless stated otherwise.

We also would recommend against arranging for a third party to install the building before it’s been delivered and checked that all parts are present, as we cannot be held liable for any third party costs.

Aftercare

IMPORTANT: This product comes untreated, to allow the customer to finish with a colour/shade of their choice. Once installed, it will need treating as soon as possible on an annual basis in order to receive the 10year anti rot guarantee. The building also includes a 1 year manufacturers guarantee as standard.

If your building is fitted with styrene windows, they are protected using a clear film which will need to be removed after you’ve installed the building.

Delivery Information

Delivery on this building is 28 working days to most UK Mainland addresses.

*Please Note: 5 day delivery is only available for certain log cabin options. 5 day delivery is not available in all postcode areas.

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to deliver to Ireland, some areas of Scotland and any offshore islands. If you are unsure then please use the postcode to see if we are able to deliver to your area.

Important – Unless otherwise stated delivery is kerb side only, though at the drivers discretion they may be able to help you lift the building to a more suitable location outside your property. If you need to transport the building through your house then you will need to make your own arrangements prior to delivery to do this as our drivers are not insured to enter your house.

The Customer or Friend/Neighbour will need to be present to sign for the delivery. We cannot leave the item without a signature.

Our driver will call you when they are approximately 30 minutes away from your location.

Returns

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our items. The guarantee commences from the date which you receive your item and we offer a free collection service as part of this agreement.

The building must be returned in its original, untreated, resalable condition. Until the item is collected by our courier, it’s the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the building remains in this condition.

As the buildings are sold as DIY kits, we cannot dismantle on your behalf and we cannot be held liable for any third party costs. Once the building has been received by our factory, a full refund will be issued within 1-3 working days.

All deliveries are subject to stock and we will be sure to give you as much notice as possible for any stock issues that may affect your delivery.

A preferred delivery date can be entered when ordering for most products, however this is not guaranteed.

Deliveries are made between 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday although we will give you as much notice as possible for early/late deliveries.

To ensure delivery charges please add your items to the basket.
An additional charge will be levied if the items have to be redelivered.
All Big & Heavy items are delivered by large lorry and are delivered kerbside.
All Big & Heavy item deliveries must be accessible by a 10-26 tonne lorry.
We take no responsibility if your order does not arrive and tradesman have been booked. We advise you do not book the tradesman until your order has arrived.
Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid enough to take the weight of a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne in weight. It is advisable to have someone taking delivery that is able to help the driver as they may occasionally need help to unload. Please advise us of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles.
Delivery will only be arranged to destinations within mainland UK. Please supply the full delivery address at the time of order this may differ from the billing address so long as the billing address matches the card holders address.

Delivery will occur when the Goods are ready for unloading at the delivery address specified at time of order or as subsequently agreed by both the buyer and BOSS Building & DIY Supplies.

Any dates specified by BOSS Building & DIY Supplies for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

Subject to the other provisions of these conditions, BOSS Building & DIY Supplies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods.

BOSS Building & DIY Supplies shall arrange for delivery to site on the understanding that there is a suitable road to the delivery address requested. If no such road exists delivery will be made to the nearest point to which, in the opinion of the driver, the vehicle may safely proceed and unload. Except for the use of a vehicle mounted crane, the Buyer will provide all necessary labour and equipment required to unload the Goods promptly.

A signature on the delivery note constitutes that all materials have been received in good order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all goods have been checked and any damages noted to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

Delivery of all Heavyside/Big & Bulky/Pallet items are made kerbside.

All deliveries of palletised products (Brick/Block/Paving/Specified at time of order) will be delivered using a pallet truck. A Crane offload delivery service is available also at an extra cost.

Parcel deliveries will only be made once to the specified delivery address, any required re-delivery may be chargeable.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to be home/on site on the day of delivery agreed by both the buyer and BOSS Building & DIY Supplies. (This excludes Heavy side building materials and Timber materials which can be left in a safe place)
